The workers were employed by a labour hire group [called BCS Green Corp] run by Cambodian-born Melbourne man Bunchhay San, who is at the centre of an investigation into a network of labour hire companies accused of tax fraud.
Tommy and Susilo said their efforts to get paid — which included complaining to the FWO, the union and even the police — had so far come to nothing…
