8,475 former employees of PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk (Sritex) are still in waiting for severance and holiday allowance (THR) that have disbursed yet.
This uncertainty caused unrest, especially because they need the severance payment for their life support due to contract termination.
Coordinator of the Sritex Ex-Employment Forum, Agus Wicaksono, said that until now there has been no clarity regarding the time of disbursement of workers' rights.
