'La Minière de Kalumbwe Myunga, Kamoto Copper Company, Tenke Fungurume Mining, Société Minière de Deziwa, Metalkol SA, Kamoa Copper SA comptent parmi la trentaine d’entreprises minières opérant dans les provinces du Lualaba et du Haut-Katanga, à qui la Cour des comptes a accordé, dans une réquisition, jusqu’au 1er octobre, pour transmettre leurs relevés de paiements de la redevances minière destinés aux Éntités territoriales décentralisées (ETD), assortis des attestations correspondantes.'
(...) 'Selon le rapport publié, ces entreprises n’ont jamais effectué de versement de 0,3 % entre 2018 et 2023. En revanche, les entreprises minières qui payent la dotation ne sont pas aussi conformes aux obligations. Elles accusent cependant des retards de paiement et n’ont pas versé l’intégralité des sommes dues. Certaines les paient en plusieurs tranches. 21 entreprises sur 44 DOT auditées n’avaient pas encore payé la totalité de leurs dettes. Peu d’entreprises minières paient la dotation de 0,3%.' (...)
