A year after the release of an independent investigation into Rio Tinto’s former Panguna mine in Bougainville, local communities living with the ongoing environmental devastation are calling on the company to urgently implement the investigation's recommendations.

Rio Tinto responded to Business and Human Rights Centre's invitation to comment on the allegation.
